About Ewan
Ewan Kay is a seasoned audio engineer and music producer originally from Toronto, Canada. A skilled multi-instrumentalist, he toured globally with various bands, performing at renowned music festivals like Coachella, Iceland Airwaves, SXSW, NXNE and many others. His passion for music creation led him to establish Blockbuster Recording, a boutique studio in Toronto’s west end.
Shortly after, Ewan joined forces with Josh Korody to co-own Candle Recording, one of Toronto’s premier recording studios, where he honed his craft for seven years before relocating to the United Kingdom.
With extensive experience working with clients across North America, Europe, and Australia, Ewan brings a wealth of industry knowledge and technical expertise to every project.
He is dedicated to guiding artists through the creative process, ensuring their vision is realized with precision and excellence.
